No one can, or should eliminate all risks. UniStaff's objective is to assist their clients in the management of controllable risk by:
- Assist in evaluating providers and purchasing coverage
- Manage and administer Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Work site safety inspections
- Monitor employee treatment status with medical staff
- Coordinate return to work or light duty
- Coordinate loss prevention activities with insurance provider
- Manage year-end audits
- Review and handle claim files
- Provide assistance with questionable claims
- Represent client in unemployment hearings
